Obituary
Millicent Oleta Elswick, 87, passed away Friday, June 13, 2025, in Henryetta, OK. She was born on June 4, 1938, to Carl and Mildred Nichols in Weleetka, OK.
Millicent, worked as an Administrative Secretary for St. Francis Hospital, retiring after over 25 years. She attended First Christian Church in Tulsa, OK where she served as a deacon and helping others. She enjoyed the Red Hat Club, camping with Hunter's R.V. Camping Club, and traveling.
Millicent was preceded in death by her husband: Jack Elswick: and parents: Carl and Mildred Nichols.
She is survived by her daughter: Christy Hamm and husband Terry; grandson: Barrett Hamm and fiance' Heather Giles; granddaughter: Erica Byrd and husband Jacen; and two great granddaughters: Ryann Duke and Serena Byrd; cousin: Jimmy and Joyce Ellig; She had many nieces and nephews, but three were very close to her: Connie Johnson and husband Gerald; Bob Moore, Jr. and wife Darlene; and Cindy Moore. Millicent will be greatly missed.
Graveside Services will be held at 11 A.M., Tuesday June 17th, 2025 at Lamont Cemetery, Lamont, Oklahoma.
