Milton Thomas Coleman, Jr., 83, passed away in Ballwin, Missouri on June 29, 2018, He was born October 7, 1934 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Milton T. and Ruby Hazel (Powell) Coleman. Milt was a 1952 graduate of Will Rogers High School. He served in the U.S. Navy.
Milt was employed by Terex Division of General Motors Corp for several years. In later years he was superintendent of the Miami, Oklahoma's school bus system. His favorite hobby other than his grandchildren and great-grandchildren was the motorcycle. Milt was a longtime member of the Harley Davidson Motorcycle Club. He will be missed!
Milt is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Nora Jean (Beggs) Coleman; his parents; brother, Richard Coleman; brother-in-law, Don Freeman and nephew, Tommy Clark. He is survived by his daughters, Kelley Poleski and her husband, Jeramy and Kris Watson and her husband, Paul; son, Casey Coleman; eleven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren; sisters, Carol Webb and her husband, Bill, and Joan Freeman; brother, Frank Coleman; many nieces, nephews and extended family.
Graveside service will be 11am, Friday, July 6, 2018 at Ft. Gibson National Cemetery, Ft. Gibson, Oklahoma. Moore's Southlawn Chapel (918) 663-2233
