Brackett, Minta, 87 of Tahlequah passed away Thursday, June 16, 2016. She was born August 15, 1928 in Sequoyah, OK to Foster and Minta Rotramel. She was an NSU graduate, received her master's in education from TU and retired from Tulsa Public Schools. Minta was a Christian and a member of Sheridan Christian Church. After moving to Tahlequah she was involved with D. D. Etchieson UMC. She is survived by her grandchildren, Charles Brackett III, Jodie Howard, Jesse Howard; great grandchildren, Emma Brackett and Colin Maddox and her care givers nephew Eddie Morrison and his wife Faye. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles her son Charles E. Brackett II and her daughter Janana Howard. Thanks you to Brookdale at Heritage and Carter Hospice of Tahlequah.
