ACHTERBERG, Mollie M., 86, passed away Monday, May 16, 2016 in Tulsa, OK. Born May 9, 1930 in Arkadelphia, AR to Carl and Mary Louise (Hill) Mohnkern.
Member of Christ United Methodist Church in Tulsa. Mollie retired in 2006 from United Safety and Claims as a worker's comp claims supervisor.
Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ernest R. Achterberg; brother, Roy Carl Mohnkern. Survived by son, Milton C. (Cheryl) Achterberg of Ft. Smith, AR; daughter, Kay E. (Charles Braddock) Webb of Tulsa, OK; grandchildren, Steven, Jonathan, Christopher, Delana & Richard; nine great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
Family suggest memorial contributions may be made to Oklahoma Methodist Manor Supplemental Aid Fund. Visitation will be 5-7 P.M., Thursday, May 19, 2016 at Moore's Southlawn, 9350 E. 51st, Tulsa, OK.
