Myron Wayne Nichols, also known as "Cowboy Wayne" left this Earth on Friday, March 31, 2023, at the age of 67 years old. He was born on August 27, 1955 in Wilson, North Carolina. He grew up in the Greenville, North Carolina area before moving to Oklahoma.
He was a veteran who served in the United States Army during the Vietnam Era.
He is proceeded in death by: his parents, Robert Bernard Nichols and Jessie Christine Smith; his brothers, Jerry and Van Nichols; and Gina Carraway.
He is survived by: his loving wife, Rhonda Nichols and his loyal dog, Buddy of the home; step son, Jason Welch and wife Rachel and grandson Brody of Tulsa; and grandson Trevor Raymer of Broken Arrow.
He is also survived by: his sister, Brenda Carraway; daughter, Camilla Brewer Hines; 2 grandsons, 3 great grandchildren, and lots of cousins, aunts, uncles all from North Carolina.
He was a member of the Elks Club in Broken Arrow, OK.
He loved riding his trike as much as he could. He loved singing and listening to music, and being around his friends, Big John, Al, Lisa, Erol, and others that are just too many to list.
He loved his wife Rhonda very much. He loved singing to her and she loved listening to him. He was a loving and caring husband and friend.
His presence will be missed
