Myrtle Jo Lewis, 83 of Tulsa passed away Wednesday, January 23, 2019. She was born August 26, 1935 in Ashland, OK to Rosco Bruce "Bob" and Thelma Laura (Bailey) Lanham. She was an LPN and a homemaker and enjoyed reading, crocheting, crosswords, going to the movies and out to eat with her friends, bowling and square dancing. Myrtle Jo is survived by her children, Odes Dale Lewis and his wife Machelle of Carlsbad, NM, Bobby Dean Lewis of Tulsa, OK, Jo Dana Coffey and her husband Jim of Inola, OK and Laura Denise Burr of Tulsa, OK; 5 grandchildren, Adam, Cody, Dakota, Haileigh and Loraina; 2 great grandchildren, Odin and Atlas. She was preceded in death by: biological father, Rosco Lanham; adopted father, Odes Bubby Flippin and her mother, Thelma Laura Flippin; husband, Guy Lester Lewis; daughter, Leslie Deanna "Sissy" Hunnicutt and her brother, Jackie Lee Flippin.
