N. FRANKLYN CASEY was born October 2, 1942. He was predeceased by his parents, Norman S. Casey and Ella Mae Casey, and his beloved son, Daniel Rogers Casey. He attended public schools in Tulsa, Oklahoma and graduated from Edison High School in 1960. He attended the University of Tulsa, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1965 and a juris doctorate in 1966. He practiced law in Tulsa for 47 years and was affectionately nicknamed "Loophole." He was known for devising unique and innovative solutions to complicated legal problems.
He is survived by his sister, Carol Mae Averitt, his sons James Patrick Casey, Michael Shannon Casey, Zachary John Casey, Benjamin Franklyn Casey, daughters Keagan Mariah Casey, Kealey Magee Zoloto, Cayenne Adel Casey and grandson, Reese Daniel Ponce. He loved God, his family and his country.
