Nancy Ann, 79 of Tulsa passed away Thursday, October 2, 2014. She was born March 9, 1935 in Willow Springs, MO to Lee Norman and Lewis Elaine Beals. Survived by husband of 59 years Donald Lee Cart, daughters Rhonda Jo Bailey of Tulsa, Rada Jean Shrum of Tulsa, grandsons Brian Sterling Bailey, Steven Wayne Shrum, Jeremy David Shrum, sister Willa Buckner of Coweta, OK, brother Jimmy Beals of North Carolina. Preceded in death by parents, son Robin Wayne Cart and brother Richard Beals.
