Nancy Katherine Franklin, 95, born to Floyd Earl and Opal Katherine Ward on March 11, 1931, in Ft. Scott, Kansas, passed away Sunday, March 15, 2026, in Vinita, Oklahoma.

Nancy was a member of the Eastwood Baptist Church in Tulsa where she loved ministering to people, was a purchaser for the Child Evangelism Fellowship, and taught Sunday School. She served the Lord with gladness. Nancy also loved sewing, crocheting and working in her vegetable and flower gardens.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 67 years, Rev. Donald R. Franklin and her brother, Earl Dean Ward.

Nancy is survived by her son, David Franklin and spouse, Laura of Big Cabin, OK and her daughter, Joy Tillotson of Pryor, OK, grandchildren, Dalton Franklin and spouse Alyssa, Lacey Reyes-Sosi and spouse Myklind, Lissie Willis and spouse Andy, Sara McPherson and spouse Darrell, James Tillotson and spouse Sarah, Kelly Somacal and spouse Trish and Tina Tewes and spouse Scott, 10 great grandchildren, brother, Albert Hancock Ward of Derby, KS and sister-in-law, Sue Lyon of Broken Arrow, OK.

She will be greatly missed by her family and many friends.
