Nancy Sue Thornton was born March 25, 1948 in Dora, Missouri to Mildred Thornton and Harold Thornton. She passed away on November 17, 2018 in Claremore, Oklahoma. Nancy was the beloved daughter and sister. Nancy was predeceased by her parents and brother-in-law, Gary Mallory. Nancy is survived by her sisters, Rosemary Thornton of Rosenberg, Texas, Peggy Armstrong of Metairie, Louisiana, Judy Stewart of Denver, Colorado and Linda Mallory of Claremore, Oklahoma. Nancy is also survived by her brother-in-law Robert Armstrong of Metairie, Louisiana and numerous nieces and nephews. Nancy was an avid collector of Barbie dolls and Elvis memorabilia. There will be a funeral service on November 30, 2018 at Moore Funeral Home located at 9350 East 51st Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma at 12:00 noon. Visitation will be prior to the service at 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Floral Haven Cemetery located at 6500 South 129th East Avenue, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
