Naomi N. Skinner, 74, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, passed away on Tuesday January 23rd in Tulsa. She was born on August 21st, 1949 in Virginia Beach Virginia. "NeeNee", as she was commonly known by her family, was a beloved sister, mother, grandmother and friend. She was a reverent woman who touched the lives of everyone she met through her kindness, laughter, willingness to help and dedication to family.

Naomi had a great sense of style and fashion! She was a celebrity at heart and loved to stay up-to-date with the latest designs and apparel. She was very outgoing with a smile that would light the room. The only thing brighter than her sense of humor was her love for her son, Priess Skinner. Naomi is joined in heaven by her mother (Jaunita Nichols), her father (William Nichols) and two her sisters (Gladiola Daughtry and Helena Norman). Naomi is survived by her son (Priess Skinner), daughter-in-law, (Ogette Skinner) granddaughters (Samara Skinner and Alex Bass) and three sisters (Inez Giles, Anita Nichols and Beatrice Benjamin).

Naomi's absence leaves a void that cannot be filled. In her going away, we remember Naomi for her kindness, love, selflessness and radiant smile.
