Neosha "Sandy" Sanders, November 23, 1923 - January 3, 2018, She met the love of her life, Howard Sanders, on a blind date and three months later they married, a union that lasted 68 years until his passing in 2010, They started a successful business together late in life and she worked alongside her husband in this venture. She devoted herself wholeheartedly to her roles in life, becoming first and foremost a loving wife, mother and grandmother, as well as a cook and baker extraordinaire, an excellent fisherman and an avid football fan.

She leaves her daughter, Carolyn (Richard) Fuchs, granddaughter, Sherrie (Steve) Adams, grandson, Whitney Childress, 7 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren, but most of all she leaves precious memories indelibly printed in all our hearts. Thanks, Mom! She will be remembered lovingly by all for her undying devotion to her family. We would like to thank the staff of Forest Hills Retirement Center and A-Vow Hospice for their compassionate care.
