Neva Francis Harrell Bell went to be with her Lord on Tuesday, November 15, 2016. She was 94. She is survived by her son, Bill and her daughter, Kim. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill in 1995.

Neva was the first girl to ever be able to show steers in a livestock show. For this accomplishment, she received letters of congratulations from all over the world. A product of the Van Horn school system, she returned after college and was a teacher in both Texas and Oklahoma long enough to retire from each state.

Always interested in making and keeping friends, she kept in touch with many from her high school and college years. She was an active member of The Kirk of the Hills United Presbyterian Church in Tulsa, the Genealogy Society, Delta Kappa Gamma, the Archeology Society, a 50-year member of Zeta Tau Alpha, and was active in camera clubs with her husband.

Visitation will be 12Noon-8PM, Saturday, November 19, 2016 at Moore's Southlawn, 9350 E. 51st, Tulsa, OK. Funeral Service will be 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at First Baptist Church in Van Horn, TX with burial following at Van Horn Cemetery. Moore's Southlawn 918-663-2233
