Nevada Marie Pittser, 91, died Thursday, November 17, 2016 in Kellyville, OK. She was born August 16, 1925 in Okmulgee to Ira and Cora (Thomason) Callison.

In addition to being a homemaker, wife and mother, she worked as a sales representative for Stanley International, at Yale Cleaners as a seamstress doing alterations, and once worked at the drugstore in Carbondale. She also volunteered at the former Doctor's Hospital in Tulsa. Her hobbies included painting. She was a member of Eastland Church of the Firstborn and the Red Hat Society.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Emmitt "Curly" Pittser; 3 sons, Tony, Teddy and Eddie Pittser; a brother, Eugene Callison, 5 sisters, Pauline Caughron and Jerry Donelson, Imogene Turley, Patsy Kenneth, and Mary Basham. She is survived by a daughter Donna R. Hayman, and a brother, Paul Callison; 31 grand and great-grandchildren, including Shane Pittser whom she resided with; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Viewing will take place at Moore's Southlawn Chapel, 9350 E. 51st St., Tulsa on Saturday and Sunday from 12 Noon until 8:00 PM. Funeral services will be held Monday, November 21, 2016 at 2:00 PM. at Eastland Church of the Firstborn, 13140 E. 21st St., Tulsa, OK. Interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery in Tulsa.
