Nica Keltner Peterson, 94, formerly of Tulsa, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 27, 2017 in Las Vegas, NV. Nica was born on December 1, 1922 in Gowen, Oklahoma to Sebastian and Nievas Bargas. She went to high school in Wilburton, Oklahoma. In 1941 she moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma and married Harold Keltner. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, entertaining, and spending time reading her Bible and being involved at church. Her family was most important to her, and she enjoyed family gatherings. Nica was preceded in death by her late husband, Raymond Peterson and first husband, Harold Keltner; her parents, and 3 brothers. She is survived by her brother, Eugene Bargas and sister, Carol Pickard; daughter Delores (A.C.) White, son Harold Jr.; Grandsons, Todd (Dana) White; Mark (Lauri) White; Jeremy (Azure) White, and 6 great-grandchildren.
