Nina Mae (Smith) Kelley, loving wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away on December 28, 2018 at the age of 89 in Livermore, CA.

Nina Mae (Smith) Kelley was born on December 10, 1929 in Calvin, OK to John and Eunice Smith. Nina met and married Marvin Leon Kelley in 1948 and together they had three wonderful children, Carol, Avis, and Delbert. Nina and Marvin migrated to California and eventually back to Oklahoma where their home on Elwood was always known to be a place of refuge to anyone that needed it. One of Nina's endearing qualities was having a special bond with those she loved and cared about.

Nina had a quick wit and had a saying for everything. She loved her Sooner's, 49er's, bingo, playing the lotto and her "gossip mags." Known as an expert gardener and cook, she took pride in her garden on Elwood and could make a mean pan of cornbread.

Nina was preceded in death by her husband Marvin, parents, and brothers, Robert, Olen, and sisters Edna, Violet, Voyce, and Mary. Nina leaves behind her daughters Carolyn Kelley Duclair and Avis Kelley Urbick, son Delbert Leon Kelley, grandchildren Brian, Sherry, Cheryl, Delbert Jr. and Jessie as well as many loving nieces, nephews and extended family members.

She will be laid to rest January 14, 2019 with her beloved husband, Marvin. His days of "quiet" will effectively be a thing of the past as she will undoubtedly have a thing or two to say to him.
