Obituary

Noe Garcia Narciso, 32, of Tulsa, OK, died heroically, in a tragic drowning accident at Skiatook Lake, while trying to rescue his cousin, on Sunday, September 3, 2023. He was born in Teziutlan Puebla, Mexico, on Monday, August 12,1991, to Juan Garcia Ramos and Teresa (Juarez) Narciso. Noe was married to the love of his life, wife, Vanessa Balderas on August 20, 2022, in Tulsa, OK. He was a member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church, Tulsa, OK, and worked as a landscaper. Noe loved his family, and he was loved by many, many friends. Noe will be greatly missed in the days ahead, and though he was taken way too soon, his spirit and memories will live on within each of those that were privileged to have him in their lives.

Noe is survived by his wife, Vanessa Balderas, of the home; daughter, Izabella Balderas, of the home; parents, Juan and Teresa Garcia of Mexico; brothers, Juan Carlos Garcia Narciso of Tulsa, OK; and Javier Garcia Narciso of Mexico; sisters, Maria Loudres Garcia Narciso of Mexico and Vianney Garcia Narciso of Mexico.
