Obituary
Nora Franklin passed away on January 4, 2019 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was born Nora Alma Franklin in Vivian, OK on January 31, 1924 to Herbert Young Freeman and Alma Ailene (Hammons) Freeman. Nora was a homemaker. She is predeceased by her husband, William P. Franklin, Jr. Nora is survived by daughter, Valerie Morris and son, Doby Franklin both of Tulsa.
