Nora Ellen Henley, 85, of 1815 E. Skelly Dr., Tulsa, OK (Colonial Manor Nursing Home), passed away on Tuesday, August 30, 1977, at Oklahoma Osteopathic Hospital, Tulsa, OK, of pneumonia. She was born on April 19, 1892, in Stillwater, Indian Territory, OK, to John Allen and Sarah Allen. She was a housewife and was a widow. Nora was survived by daughter, Mrs. Leona Powers of Bunch, AR; granddaughter, Jayne Bartlett of Tulsa, OK; 4 other grandchildren; 8 great-great-grandchildren; and a lifetime of friends. She was preceded in death by her husband. Nora will be greatly missed in the days ahead, but her spirit and memories will live on within each of us, because we were privileged to have her in our lives.
