Nora Wallace passed away on February 1, 2015. She was born in Dayton, Ohio and graduated with a BS from Miami University and a MS in Bacteriology from The Ohio State University. In Dayton she met and married her soul mate, best friend and husband of 67 years, Robert Wallace. Nora never did anything without devoting herself completely to the effort; whether it was teaching (18 years as an English teacher at Webster, Whitney, and Thoreau), playing the piano, collecting antiques, caring for animals, or making crafts. This love of learning, music, and animals were then passed to her children and countless number of friends and students.

Nora is survived by her husband, Robert; her children, John (Christine), Mark (Cindi), Paul (Rebecca), and Meredith Butcher (Michael), 8 grandchildren; Melissa (Wallace) Roman, Chelsea Wallace, Matthew Wallace, Ryan Butcher, Michael Wallace, Jordan Wallace, Sean Butcher, Bryn (Butcher) Shoemaker and 3 great grandchildren; Keely Roman, Dashiel Roman, and Charlyn Wallace.

A memorial service will be held on February 7 at 10:00 AM in Memorial Park Chapel, 5111 S. Memorial Drive, Tulsa.
