Norma Ewing

Norma Ewing, 97, retired artist, passed away Saturday, July 11, 2026.

Norma worked as a fine artist for many years. She also taught art classes at Tulsa Community College for nearly 20 years and worked as a researcher at Gilcrease Museum. She graduated from Will Rogers HS in 1946, and received her BFA and MFA degrees from TU.

Norma is survived by sons Terry Ewing, Tulsa, and Tom Ewing, Gothenburg, Sweden; granddaughters Randi Ewing, Lexington, KY and Audrey Ewing, Sydney, Australia, along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Her husband William died in 2017.

Graveside services will be held Thursday, July 23rd, at 10 a.m. in the chapel at Memorial Park Cemetery. Moore Southlawn www.moorefuneral.com
