Norma Lou Smiley, 82, Tulsa resident, passed away Tuesday, June 22, 2021 in Whitehouse, TX. She was born September 24, 1938 to Perry and Alma Powell in Neodesha, KS. Norma married the love of her life, Bill Smiley, on September 6, 1956 in Neodesha, KS. She is preceded in death by her parents, her beloved husband and her sister, Eilene Puckett. Norma is survived by her son, Randy Smiley, wife Rosalie of Whitehouse, TX; daughter, Jan Harmon, husband Rex of Kingston, Jamaica; sister, Lorita Carpenter, husband Gary of Wichita, KS; brother, Dale Powell, wife Judy of Council Grove, KS, grandchildren, Rachelle Smiley Ballow, husband Dexter, Jade Harmon Park, husband Garis and Dylan Harmon, great-grandchildren, Remington Smiley, Brooklynn Ballow, Cole Park, Asher Park, Eden Park and Luther Park.
