Nyla M. Nunley passed away on Thursday, November 19, 2020. She is survived by daughter, Ronda Bell and husband Jerry, of Broken Arrow, OK, son Steve Nunley and wife Elizabeth, of Lacon, IL, and daughter, Sara Fleetwood and husband Brent, of Catoosa, OK, 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren (adding one more in January). She is also survived by one sister, Ulele Stinchcomb, of Catoosa, OK, and numerous nieces, nephews and many dear friends.

Nyla and was born on April 23, 1932 in Gentry, AR to G. T. and Mae Emmaline Rouse. She was the youngest of four girls.

She married Eugene "Dale" Nunley on May 28, 1955 and they enjoyed 28 years together before he passed in 1983.

Nyla was a devout member of Glenpool Church of Christ for many years and most recently The Park Church of Christ.

She enjoyed spending time with her family, painting, quilting with her friends, raising beautiful flowers, and playing Bunco and 313 cards with friends.

She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother and will be dearly missed; but we take comfort in knowing she will forever be in God's arms until we see her again.
