Fusick, Olga Helen, 85, died January 12, 2018. She was born January 17, 1932 to Andrew and Elizabeth (Laszlo) Maylat, New York City, NY. She married William Fusick September 22, 1951. They moved to Tulsa in 1969 to be near family.

She is survived by her children: Michael Fusick, his wife Peggie, Broken Arrow, OK., Carl Fusick, his wife, Lisa, Sand Springs, OK., Susan Schwab of Vinita, OK. Grandchildren: Mark Fusick, his wife, Brianna, Meredith Legg, her husband, Grant, Heather Tiger, her husband, Aaron, Blake Fusick, Sarah Duncan, her husband Jared, Julie Barr & Zachary Schwab. 11 Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brother, Eugene Maylat, and her husband, William.

She attended Church of the Madalene. In lieu of flowers, friends may contribute to St. Jude Hospital or Disabled American Veterans.

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, January 16, 2018, Moore's Southlawn Chapel, 9350 E. 51st St., Funeral Service will be 10 a.m., Wednesday, January 17, 2018, Memorial Park Chapel, Memorial Park Cemetery, Tulsa, OK.
