Ollie Carter Jones, 88, of 5755 E. 26th St., Tulsa, OK, went to be with her Heavenly Father on July 13, 1992, at St. John Medical Center, Tulsa, OK. She was born on November 5, 1903, in Dover, MO, to William Henry Williams and Laura V. (Louderback) Williams. She was married to Guss William Jones, Sr., who was the long-time owner of Whoopee Pest Control in Tulsa, OK (died June 4, 1977). She was the office manager at Knotts Motor Company, and a member of Sheridan Avenue Christian Church. Ollie is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Virginia Luna of Brownsville, TX; 4 sons, Charles K. Jones of Wagoner, OK, Guss William Jones, Jr. of Tulsa, OK, Sam F. Jones of Verdigris, OK, and Herbert M. Jones of Tulsa, OK ; step-son, Douglas Pruitt of San Antonio, TX; 12 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and a lifetime of friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband.
