Peters, Ophelia Martha, 93 of Scottsbluff, NE passed away Saturday, February 17th, 2018. She was born October 3rd, 1924 in Cherokee County, OK to Jess and Maude Boyd. She was a kitchen worker for Tulsa Public Schools and was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church. She enjoyed attending various church activities, was an avid reader of history and true crime. She also enjoyed quilting, crocheting and sewing. Ophelia is survived by her children, Martha Wegelin and her husband Ron of Scottsbluff, NE, Wanda Peters of Ann Arbor, MI, Virginia Terrell of Elgin, IL, Warren G. Peters II and his fiance' Wendy of Los Angeles, CA; 6 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Warren Peters, November 19th, 1998; her infant grandson, Steven Paul Wegelin; her son in law Charles Terrell and her 7 siblings.
