NEWELL, Oral Lee, 85, passed away Tuesday, December 27, 2016 in Tulsa, OK. Born November 22, 1931 in Nash, OK to Virgil and Faye (Skaggs) Newell. He was a U. S. Army Veteran. Retired Manager of Fossil Fuels Generation for Public Service Company of Oklahoma.

Preceded in death by his parents; wife, Merline. He is survived by his daughter, Sharon (Ron) Van Camp of Tulsa, OK; son, Richard Newell of Broken Arrow, OK; two sisters, Thressa Newell of Kansas City, MO and Etta Mae Rey of Grand Junction, CO; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
