Oryen A. Lawnick, 95, passed away Tuesday, September 1, 2015 in Broken Arrow, OK. Born February 24, 1920 in Granite Falls, MN to Oscar Adolf and Lois Maite (Nelson) Johnson. Member of St. Mary's Catholic Church.

Preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Joseph J. Lawnick; grandson, Kris Fennell. Survived by daughter, Kathleen (Fred) Schmidt of Norman, OK; two sons, James J. (Glenna S.) Lawnick of Broken Arrow, OK, and Jeffrey (Patricia Renton) Lawnick of Tulsa, OK; grandchildren, Erin Bley (Justin), Kirstin Krug (Chris), Bren Schmidt (Megan), and Josh Fennell (Jennifer); great-grandchildren, Hayden Bley, Nicole Frazier, Kayne Fennell, Jeana Fennell, and Jillian Fennell; brother, Jason Johnson of Colorado.

In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions be made to the Tulsa Boys Home or the Joseph Lawnick Memorial Scholarship Fund at the University of Oklahoma.

Visitation will be 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M., Thursday, September 3, 2015 at Moore's Southlawn, 9350 E. 51st, Tulsa, OK.
Service will be 2:00 P.M., Friday, September 4, 2015 at Moore's Southlawn Chapel.
