Otto Keyton Boothe, 92 of Tulsa passed away Thursday, January 23, 2020. He was born July 20, 1927, in Ardmore, OK, to Otto and Bonnie Boothe. He graduated high school in 1943, in Norge, OK, then joined the Navy, where he was honorably discharged. He attended Oklahoma University and Kansas University, where he obtained a Master's in mathematics. He then taught math a few years in Colorado. Otto married Laura Calaway, in June of 1949, and had two daughters, Becky Boothe of Sunnyvale, CA and Nancy Boothe of St. Paul, MN. He received an engineering certification and became an electrical engineer. He worked for Rockwell in CA on the instrumentation panel of the Apollo Capsule. His work took him all over the world, including, Indonesia, China, England, Japan, Honduras, South America, Iran and Nigeria. He is survived by his wife, Norma Sue Boothe; daughters, Nancy Boothe and Rebecca Boothe; stepson, Steve Carpenter and his wife, Linda.
