Pamela Sue Chapman, age 60, joined her Heavenly Father on December 23, 2017 at St. John's Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She is survived by her husband Phil Chapman of Broken Arrow; her stepson Steven and granddaughter Hailey of Dallas, TX; her brother Carl Cortiana, of Broken Arrow; her sister Cindy VanCleve; her nephew Kyle Cortiana and wife Miranda, of Broken Arrow; her niece Kellie Black and husband Jantzen, of Fort Smith, AR; her uncle Jackie Fuqua and wife Jeannie of Catoosa; her aunt Dee Fuqua of Bixby; her uncle Pete Fuqua of Kiefer; and many loving cousins. She is preceded in death by her parents, Gilbert and Lucia Cortiana.
Pam was born on June 26, 1957 in Wichita, KS. She attended Will Rogers high school in Tulsa, OK. She later became a cosmetologist. She married Phil on November 9, 1991 in Eureka Springs, AR. The two lived happily together for 26 years. Pam loved her family deeply and enjoyed making beautiful scrapbooks for her them so they could continuously relive their happiest memories.
A service is scheduled for Friday, December 29 at 2pm at Moore Funeral Home, Southlawn Chapel in Tulsa, OK. Andy Campbell will officiate. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Pam's life.
