Pamela Sue Ford of Broken Arrow, OK passed away October 5, 2021. She was born April 12, 1942 in Tulsa, OK.
Pam graduated from Central High School and studied at Tulsa Community College. After years of office administration jobs, she found her calling as a community servant and spent several years working with Domestic Violence Intervention Services of Tulsa and then for the Tulsa District Attorney. In her 40s she attended Nursing School and obtained her Associates of Science Nursing Degree. She worked at St John's Hospital until she retired due to health issues.
Pam enjoyed gardening, home decorating, reading, sewing, shopping, fishing, cooking and learning in general. She was teaching herself Spanish over the last several months. She had a strong relationship with God and loved her church family.
She is survived by her daughters, Julie Cummings of Broken Arrow, Debbie Luttrell and her husband Steve Luttrell of Wylie, TX, and Lisa Hill and her husband Kevin Hill of Tulsa.
Pam is also survived by 8 grandchildren: Melanie Pace, Ryan Luttrell, Jake Arterburn, Dylan Arterburn, Jason Luttrell, Skylar Hill, Gracie Hill and Shane Hill and by 5 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister-in-law Nettie Johnson and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents Art and Virginia Johnson of Owasso and by her brother Lloyd Johnson of Claremore.
A memorial celebrating her life will be held on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at 10:00AM at Forest Ridge Baptist Church at 8300 S Oneta Rd, Broken Arrow, OK 74014.
