Patrick O'Neal Edwards, 38, born to George Malcolm and Sharon Doreena (Mitchell) Edwards on May 16, 1980 in Sacramento, California, passed away Saturday, December 8, 2018 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
He was preceded in death by his mother Sharon Roberson.
Patrick is survived by his wife: Lacy Edwards; children: Chasidy, Arielle, Madison, Patrick, Jr. and Michael; sister: Elizabeth Delozier; brother: George Edwards, Jr.
He will be greatly missed by his family and many friends.
