Patricia Ann Chambers, 75, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 20, 2016 in Tulsa. She was born Dec. 22, 1940 in Tulsa, OK to A. J. and Mildred Bowlin. She originally married Ritchie Lee Chambers in 1957, and then after years of being apart, they remarried in 2007. She worked for several years in Medical Records at St. John Medical Center and spent her later years as a homemaker. She liked to fish, camp and always had a beautiful yard and flower gardens.
Mrs. Chambers was preceded in death by her parents and her late husband Ritchie. She is survived a daughter Melanie Ann Chambers-Willard and her husband Chris of Tulsa; a son Randy Chambers and his family of Broken Arrow; a brother, David Bowlin and his wife Doris of Hugo, OK; by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be 10:00 A.M., Friday, December 23, 2016 at Memorial Park Cemetery Chapel. Entombment with follow at Memorial Park.
