Patricia Ruth Dotson, 79, passed away Thursday, February 21st, 2019 at her home in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was born October 29th,1939 in Galveston, Texas to Lewis and Vida (Conklin) Lacy.
She is survived by her daughters, Katherine (Martin) Robinson, Joyce Wilson, Theresa Hatchell; 5 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be 3PM - 5PM, Sunday, February 24th, 2019 at Moore's Southlawn Chapel, 9350 East 51st Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma. Funeral service will be held 10AM, Monday, February 25th, 2019 at Moore's Southlawn Chapel. Moore's Southlawn 918-663-2233
