At home, surrounded by her family, husband Richard, daughter Pamela Sue, granddaughter Lyndsey and son-in-law Steve Hogg, Patricia Ann Newman died December 29, 2012. Born May 14, 1926, to Emily and Patrick Lynch, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Patricia graduated from Classen High School, Oklahoma City and the University of Oklahoma, majoring in childhood development. Among her cherished time away from home, she was a volunteer with Tulsa County Public Library specializing in Business and Technology. After over 4,000 hours of service, she was recognized by the library in 1983. While not in the military, Patricia was an active army wife during Richard?s tours of service. A charter member of Trinity Presbyterian Church, Patricia was active on several commissions, including a church building commission. Despite living with type 1 diabetes for over 22 years, Patricia never saw fit to complain or ask for special consideration. Private services are to be held.
