Patricia Jean Oglesby, 94, Tulsa resident, passed away Tuesday, August 30, 2022, at her home. She was born December 13, 1927, to Emmett and Elizabeth Ward in Bartlesville, OK. Patricia was a member of Garnett Road Baptist Church for 52 years. She taught youth Sunday School Classes, was actively involved with Vacation Bible School and was once president of PTA. Patricia enjoyed making a home for her family, friends, and the neighborhood kids. She is preceded in death by her parents; beloved husband, Emmett Oglesby; sister, Mary Holmes and brother, Buddy Ward. Patricia is survived by her daughter, Sabra Parvis; husband, Jack of Tulsa, OK; son, Bob Oglesby, wife, Judy of Albuquerque, NM, sister, Ruth Sims of Cherryville, CA; brother, Dan Ward, wife, Merrily of Kingston, AR; grandchildren, Lisa Albrecht, husband, Dan of Albuquerque, NM and Laura Oglesby of Sacramento, CA and great-grandchild, Dayle Albrecht of Albuquerque, NM.
