Patsy Lou Hansen,85, passed away on Friday, March 29, 2024, in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Pat was born on December 25, 1938, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Sim and Hazel Roberts. She was a cherished wife, mother, grandmother and friend who left an indelible mark on the hearts of all who knew her.
Pat graduated from Edmond High School in 1956. She completed her bachelor's degree, with honors, in Business and Tourism Management in 1987 from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Pat worked for LaQuinta Inns as a general manager in San Antonio, New Orleans, Denver and Houston for many years.
She married David Hansen on October 18, 1998, and they were married for 26 years. Pat and Dave enjoyed traveling and spending time together.
Pat was predeceased by her parents Sim and Hazel Roberts, her son Mitchell David John, her great granddaughter Bethanie Grace Storjohann and her sweet little dog Theodore.
She is survived by her loving husband Dave Hansen, daughter Terri Hare and son-in-law John, her son Robert John and her sister Jerrye Fillman. Pat's bonus family included Susan Hansen Bubb and husband Tom, Dan Hansen and wife Jennifer, Sara Hansen Larson, and Michael Hansen and wife Stacy.
Her grandchildren, who brought immeasurable joy to her life and lovingly called her Grandmother included Mark and Amy Storjohann, and Amanda and Andrew Hatch. Her bonus grandchildren are Jeff and Megan Bubb, Katie and Chris Brown, Jacob and Caitlyn Bubb, Tim Bubb, Cory, Cheyne, Liam and Noah Hansen, Zak and Sarah Hansen, Jessica and Thomas Savage, and Calvin, Emma, and Jonah Larson. She was blessed with 10 great grandchildren Kayla Storjohann, Emma Storjohann, Ava Storjohann, Aidan Storjohann, Maggie Storjohann, John Hatch, Kelly Hatch, Raylor Storjohann, Bailie Storjohann, and Hazel Hatch.
Patsy had 7 bonus great grandchildren Anna, Ben and Emily Bubb, Logan, Nora, and Josie Brown, Caroline Bubb, and Baby Savage (due in July).
Patsy will be greatly missed by everyone that loved her and knew her. Her memory will live on in all of us.
