Patty Joy Winspear, 87, of Tulsa died Tuesday, August 21st, 2018 at her home. She was born October 20th, 1930 in Kingston, Oklahoma to John Horace and Anne Rene Harbison.
A retired Manicurist, she is survived by a son, Bryan A. How of Sunnyvale, CA; a daughter, Sabrina L. Weed of Tulsa; and a grandson, Jason Ludlum of Tulsa.
