Paul A. Howard, MD passed peacefully Tuesday, September 20, 2016 with loved ones by his side at St. John Hospital in Tulsa, OK at the age of 72. Born in Oklahoma City, OK February 9, 1944, he attended OSU, followed by OU Medical School. Paul served in the US Air Force for twelve years as a Lieutenant Colonel and Flight Surgeon and was a board certified Plastic, Reconstructive and Hand Surgeon in the Tulsa area for over thirty years.

Paul is survived by daughter, Tracy Dean, her husband Les & son Shawn; twin daughters Hillary Cinocca & Lora Collier; daughter Jennifer Howard-Baxter & Christy Baxter; daughter Blythe Nelson. He was preceded in death by his parents Joe Howard, Sr. and Eula Mae Foust Howard; wife Shelly Fletcher Howard; son Brian Howard; brother Joe Howard, Jr.

Paul enjoyed drag racing, snow skiing, movies, spending time with his family, football and falling asleep sitting up with his coffee and dessert.

A memorial service will be held Monday, September 26th at 2:00 P.M., Moore's Southlawn Chapel, 9350 E. 51st Street in Tulsa.
