Obituary
Balsano, Paul Robert, 86 of Tulsa passed away Thursday, September 7th, 2017. He was born December 28th, 1930 in Tulsa to Charles and Helen Balsano. Paul worked in the oil industry a good bit of his life where he traveled all over the world. Later he was in sales at a department store. Paul was a well recognized golfer for many, many years. He will be dearly missed.
