The Checkered Flag It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved father Paul Eugene Ensign, who left us on Sunday September 28, 2025. Born in Tulsa, OK on July 12, 1941 Mr. Paul touched the lives of those around him with kindness, compassion, and unwavering support. A Life of Dedication to Speed and the Love of Animals

Throughout his life, Paul was known for his dedication to family, friends, and community. He worked tirelessly at Spirit Aerosystems for 57 years receiving numerous awards. While his 'Hobbies' included Racers Mechanic and Wildlife Advocate, while always bringing integrity and passion to everything he did. Paul's legacy will remain in the hearts of all who knew him.

Family and Loved Ones Paul is survived by wife Jan Ensign, children Mike Ensign and Lori Ensign-Scroggins. Paul was a cherished Husband, Father, Crew Chief, and Zoo Builder whose warmth and generosity will be deeply missed.

Celebrating Paul's Memory A memorial service will be held Graveside on Monday October 6, 2025 at Memorial Park Cemetery 5111 S Memorial Dr Tulsa, OK 74145 Section 21 Chapel View South, beginning at 2pm. All who knew and loved Paul are invited to attend and share their memories, celebrate his life, and honor the legacy he leaves behind. Final Lap Paul will be remembered for his wit, wisdom, and lessons brought into our lives. May he rest in peace and may his memory be a blessing to all who knew him.
