Paula Marketta "Marke" Crouch was born April 2, 1943, in Helsinki, Finland, to Otso Kalervo Polameri and Lilli (Oksanen) Polameri. She passed on July 26, 2026.

On New Year's Eve, December 31, 1965, Marke married Richard Lee "Rick" Crouch in Helsinki, Finland. Together, they shared 60 years of marriage and made their home in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Marke had a lifelong love of people, travel, photography, and documenting the memories of her life through her many journals and books. She was also deeply involved with Up With Trees in Tulsa, first as a volunteer and later as an employee, helping plant and promote trees throughout the community.

Marke is survived by her husband, Rick Crouch; her family; and her grandchildren, Charlie, Lily, and Michael. She was preceded in passing by her three sons, her mother, father brother and a number of other family members.

Marke will be remembered for her adventurous spirit, her curiosity, her love of people, and the countless memories she preserved throughout her life.
