Peggy LaRue Easter, 82, of Sand Springs, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully on October 3, 2025, at home, surrounded by family. Born on January 24, 1943, in Tulsa, she was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. A respected elementary-education and Sunday school teacher, Peggy was known for her kindness and gentle, generous spirit. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Jerry, her children, Susan Smith and Michael Easter, her grandchildren Alison and Justin, and great-grandchildren, Apollo and August along with her sister Carolyn and brother Dwight. Services will be held at Osage Hills Christian Church on October 11, 2025, at 10 a.m.
