Philip Arthur Law, 88 went to be with Jesus on Thursday, October 8, 2020. Phil, or Phenomenal Phil as he was known, was born October 4, 1932, in Ashland, New York.

Phil grew up in New York and Massachusetts. After his service in the United States Marines, he moved to Texas. He was in the interior decorating business for many years and then transitioned to selling insurance. He ended his career working in the garden center at Lowe's. He met his wife in July of 1958, and was married later that same year in November. Phil was always phenomenal. He was a phenomenal husband, father and grandfather. He especially embraced the role as Pops and enjoyed just being in the company of his grandchildren and most recently great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife Rosemary Griffith Law, brother Merrill Law, and sister Anita Law Searle. He is survived by daughter, Deanna Cloud and husband, Randy. Grandchildren, Maddie Cloud Crandall & husband Jake, Matthew Cloud, and Merritt Cloud and great-grandsons, Calvin and Everett Crandall and Sister, Linda Cortelli.

A celebration of his life will take place Friday, November 6, 2020, at 10:00 A.M., at Parkview Baptist Church, 5805 S. Sheridan, Tulsa, OK. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Baptist Children's Home in Owasso, OK or Hope Pregnancy Center in Tulsa, OK.
