Phillip Wayne Cade, 71 of Tulsa passed away Saturday, April 19, 2014. He was born September 9, 1942 in South Shore, KY to Harry Earl and Ester Cade. He was a printing stripper for Tulsa Litho. Survived by sons Timothey Earl Cade of Ohio, David Wayne Cade of Claremore, daughter Christiana Cade of Tulsa.
