Phillip Lee Radcliffe, 73, Tulsa resident, passed away Thursday, August 11, 2022. He was born June 2, 1949 to Phillip Charles and Jayne Lou Radcliffe in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Phillip was a photographer and videographer for several organizations. He is preceded in death by his father, Phillip Charles Radcliffe. Phillip is survived by his mother, Jayne Radcliffe of Tulsa, Oklahoma; son, Scott Radcliffe of Tulsa, Oklahoma; daughters, Chelsea Radcliffe and Erin Radcliffe, both from California; sister, Carol Cate of Tulsa, Oklahoma and brother, Mark Radcliffe, wife Jennifer of Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Visitation: 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at Moore's Eastlawn Chapel.
