Phyllis (Stafford) Allison was born in St. Louis, Oklahoma to Lavinia and Victor Stafford May 11, 1935.

Phyllis is preceded in death by her parents, four brothers, Dale, Herman, Arville and Jim; one sister, Joy.

Phyllis was a majorette in high school and also one year while in college at Southeastern State College in Durant.

While in college Phyllis met and married Ronald Allison who became a dentist.

Ronny and Phyllis had two sons Patrick Craig (Kathy) of Deer Creek and Christopher Kyle of Broken Arrow.

Phyllis was a stay at home mom and just tried to keep the cookie jar filled.

Phyllis is survived by two sons, Pat (Kathy) and Chris and eight grandchildren, Summer, Christopher, Sam, Michaela, John Eliana, Abigail and Elijah.

Visitation will be from 5PM - 7PM, Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at Moore's Southlawn, 9350 East 51st Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma. Funeral Service will be 11AM, Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at Moore's Southlawn Chapel.
