Evans, Phyllis B., 83, passed away Thursday, January 16, 2025 in Tulsa, OK. Born September 1, 1941 in Tulsa, OK to Phillip Howard and Chrystal (Woolsey) McKee. Member of Sequoyah Hills Baptist Church. Retired insurance billing clerk at St. Francis Hospital.

Preceded in death by her husband, Johnnie F. Evans, and her parents. Survived by daughter, Karyn Chambers (Brad) Canipe of Dallas, TX; three sons, Phillip Evans of Claremore, OK, Kevin (Molly) Evans, and Christopher Evans, both of Tulsa, OK; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.

Service will be 10:00 A.M., Monday, January 20, 2025 at Memorial Park Cemetery Chapel, 5111 S. Memorial Drive, Tulsa, OK. A reception will be following the service at Moore Southlawn Chapel, 9359 E 51st Street, Tulsa, OK. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
