Dear family and friends,

Our beloved Phyllis A. McFarland has passed from this part of the journey into the next. She began her new journey on June 5, 2019. She has left her love and her light as comfort for us. She is in the Lord's hands now. She has joined her beloved husband, James E. McFarland, whom she was married to for 52 years until his passing in December, 2012.

Phyllis was born to Charles and Lillie Marie Dean on February 16, 1940 and graduated from Jenks High School in 1958. Phyllis retired from Oral Roberts Evangelistic Association in the Support Services Department. She enjoyed spending time with her family, her dog Abigale, spending time on her patio watching nature, traveling and more.

Phyllis married James McFarland on April 23, 1960, and into that marriage was born two children, Cheryl and Michael. With family, she enjoyed frequent get togethers, playing volleyball, picnics, and spending time at the lake fishing.

Preceeding her are are parents Charles and Lillie Marie Dean, and her husband James E. McFarland.

Surviving her are her children Cheryl and Michael, sister Donna Johnson and husband Ray, sister Judy Lamb and husband Jimmy, sister Debbie Santoya and husband Jaime, sister Sheila Putnam and husband Richard, a host of nieces and nephews, friends, and her beloved dog Abbie.

Visitation will be 5-8 PM, Monday, June 10, 2019 at Moore's Southlawn, 9350 E. 51st, Tulsa, OK. Private family graveside will be held. Moore's Southlawn 918-663-2233
