Piper Thornton Obituary
Piper Marie Thornton, 57, born 11/5/1957, passed away 2/2/2015. She was the daughter of Margie and Bob Thornton. Piper graduated from Wagoner High School and was a long time member of First Baptist Church of Wagoner. She enjoyed being involved in church activities, especially Children's Ministries, Vacation Bible School, Wednesday services and the Youth Group. She is survived by cousins Sharon Carlin, Jeanie Rice, Janie Hare, Casey Corley, Ruthie Silkey, Carolyn Arnold and Robert Rice. Services were held at First Baptist Church of Wagoner on 2/5/2015 at 10 am, officiated by Mark Pointer.
Graveside was 2:30 pm at Memorial Park in Tulsa, OK. In Lieu of flowers, memorial gifts can be sent to the Student Ministry at First Baptist Church of Wagoner.
